Hello and welcome, friend!
We’re so glad you found your way here on our page and on our first ever blog post. This little corner of the internet is for anyone who loves illustration, digital drawing and art in general, and the magic of bringing stories to life. Whether you’re a complete beginner exploring Procreate for the first time, a hobbyist sketching in your spare moments, or a professional illustrator crafting your next masterpiece, you belong here.
Faces behind the screen 🌱
We are Essi and Mira — friends, tattoo studio owners, and artists at heart. Our days are filled with ink, color, and creativity, but our inspiration always returns to the same roots: nature, animals, and the beloved pets who share our lives. We’re drawn to the charm of vintage illustrations, the beauty of diverse art styles, and the way every stroke can tell a story.
We create Procreate brushes designed to feel all that — organic, painterly, and full of character — the kind of tools that can transform your vision into something truly magical, or add that perfect crayon texture to your digital sketch.
Something New is Blooming 🌸
On September 20th, our brand-new online shop will open its doors! Here, you’ll find lovingly designed Procreate brush sets inspired by natural textures, stunning Ghibli style scenes, traditional media, and the timeless charm of hand-drawn illustration.
But before the big day, we’re starting a little pre-launch celebration — and you’re invited. To kick things off, we’re giving away 8 free Procreate brushes so you can start creating right away. It’s our way of saying thank you for being here at the very beginning of this journey.
Why We Do This ✨
We believe art should feel personal, soulful, and a little bit magical. Our brushes are more than just tools — they’re an invitation to slow down, play, and create something that feels alive. Whether you’re sketching a tiny mushroom in the forest, painting a whimsical fox for a children’s book, or simply doodling in your quiet moments, we hope our tools help you tell your story.
📥 Download your free brushes here: inkwildbrushes.kit.com and join us as we count down to launch day. We can’t wait to see what you create so please tag us on social media!
Until then, keep your creativity blooming 🌿
