Welcome to Ink Wild Brushes! We're a small Finnish creative business making digital tools and artwork for artists, illustrators, crafters and anyone who enjoys creating. Please read these Terms of Use before purchasing or downloading products from our shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. About Our Products

All products sold through our online shop are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped. Our products include:

• Procreate brushes and paper textures • Procreate stamp brushes

• Printable and digital coloring pages

• SVG illustrations and design collections

• Seamless patterns

• Other downloadable creative resources Each product listing explains what is included, the available file formats and any relevant software requirements.

2. Downloads and Compatibility

After purchasing, you will receive access to your digital files through the checkout process and/or an email

containing your download information.

Please check the product description before purchasing to make sure the files are suitable for your device

and intended use.

Our Procreate brushes and stamps require a compatible iPad running Procreate 5.2 or later. They are not

designed for Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint or other drawing applications.

Some products are supplied as ZIP files and must be extracted before use.

3. Copyright and Ownership

All original artwork, illustrations, brush designs, stamp designs, patterns, textures and digital files created

by Ink Wild Brushes remain the intellectual property of Ink Wild Brushes Oy.

Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use it under the applicable terms. It does not transfer

copyright or ownership of the original files or designs.

You may not redistribute, share, resell, sublicense or make our original digital files available to others

unless we have expressly permitted this in writing.

4. Procreate Brushes and Paper Textures

Our regular Procreate brushes are creative tools.

You may use them to create your own original artwork for personal or commercial purposes, including

illustrations, client commissions, tattoo designs, printed products and other finished creative work.

There is no limit on the number of finished products you may sell using your own artwork created with our

regular brushes.

You may not resell, share, redistribute or repackage the original or modified brush files or supplied paper

texture files as digital resources.

5. Procreate Stamp Brushes

Our Procreate stamp packs include a commercial licence.

You may use our stamps as creative tools in your own original compositions, illustrations, client projects

and finished products for sale, without a production quantity limit.

However, the finished artwork must contain a meaningful original creative contribution from you. Simply

resizing, recoloring or making minor changes to an individual stamp does not make it an original

composition.

Selling or reproducing an individual stamp illustration on its own, or with only minor changes, is not

included in the standard commercial licence and requires separate written permission.

You may work with professional printers or manufacturers to produce your permitted finished products,

provided they do not receive independent rights to use, distribute or sell our original stamp designs.

You may not share, resell, redistribute or repackage our stamp files or create competing digital stamp,

clipart or illustration resources from them.

Please refer to the Procreate Stamp Commercial Licence supplied with your purchase for the full terms.

6. Coloring Pages

Our coloring pages are licensed for personal use only.

You may print them for your own personal activities or use them for digital coloring.

You may not sell, redistribute, share or commercially reproduce the original coloring pages or colored

versions of them without separate written permission.

7. SVG Illustrations and Design Collections

Our SVG products include a Small Business Commercial Licence.

You may create and sell up to 500 physical end products per individual design, subject to the conditions of

the licence.

Permitted uses include physical products such as clothing, mugs, stickers, stationery, packaging, signs and

other finished goods.

Third-party production is permitted when the manufacturer produces your own finished products and does

not independently reuse, share or sell the artwork.

Uploading our original designs as standalone products to print-on-demand marketplaces such as

Redbubble, Zazzle or Amazon Merch is not permitted under the standard SVG licence.

You may not resell or redistribute the digital design files, including modified versions, as clipart, templates,

downloadable graphics or other digital design resources.

For quantities above the licensed limit, please contact us for an extended licence.

The full SVG Small Business Commercial Licence supplied with the product applies.

8. Seamless Patterns

Our seamless patterns include a Small Business Commercial Licence.

You may create and sell up to 500 physical end products per individual pattern.

Print-on-demand services, professional printers and third-party manufacturers may be used to produce

your own licensed physical products.

Purchasing the same licence again does not increase the production limit. Higher production quantities

require a separately approved extended licence.

You may not resell, redistribute or offer our original pattern files as digital papers, clipart, seamless pattern

resources, design bundles or other downloadable assets.

The full Seamless Pattern Small Business Commercial Licence supplied with the product applies.

9. General Restrictions

Unless expressly allowed by the applicable product licence, you may not:

• Resell, share, gift, sublicense or distribute our original digital files.

• Upload our digital resources to stock libraries, file-sharing websites or digital asset marketplaces.

• Claim authorship or copyright ownership of our original designs.

• Register our original artwork as a trademark or use it as a standalone business logo without written

permission.

• Use our files, artwork or designs for training generative AI models or creating AI training datasets.

• Give another person or business independent access to the licensed source files.

Commercial licences are non-exclusive and non-transferable. Each individual or business requiring

independent use of the source files must obtain its own licence.

10. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed during checkout, including any applicable taxes as shown by the checkout system.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

11. Digital Delivery, Withdrawal and Refunds

Under applicable EU and Finnish consumer protection laws, consumers generally have a 14-day right of

withdrawal for online purchases.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right may be lost once delivery begins,

provided that you have expressly consented to immediate delivery during the withdrawal period,

acknowledged the resulting loss of your right of withdrawal and received the legally required confirmation.

We request this consent separately during checkout.

Where all legal conditions have been met and digital delivery has begun, we do not offer refunds simply

because you have changed your mind.

If your files are faulty, missing, inaccessible or do not conform to the product description, please contact us

so we can help resolve the issue.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or remedies under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use when our products, licences or business practices change.

The terms and product licence applicable at the time of your purchase govern that purchase, except where

mandatory law requires otherwise or we expressly agree to more favourable terms.

14. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by Finnish law.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer protection rights available to

you under the laws applicable to your purchase.
